The caravan is 5 berth, and was originally two bedrooms but has been modified for a more open plan approach. This could easily be altered to revert back to two bedrooms. There is plenty of storage including wardrobes and cupboard space. The caravan also has a WC with washbasin. Attached to the caravan is a UPVC conservatory which is used as the lounge area. The lounge has British TV and Sky dish.
To the rear of the caravan is a solid annex that houses a kitchen, including free standing cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine, there is also a dining area. This annexe also has additional sleeping facilities.
The garden area is private and there are two large sheds for additional storage. This area is terraced and has outdoor seating, there is also an area that could be cultivated to create a small garden. This area is South facing and catches the sun all day, it has views of the Benidorm skyline and the mountains.
Just a few minutes away is a building with toilet, shower, laundry and ironing facilities. This is well maintained and cleaned 3 times a day.
The caravan will be sold fully furnished including crockery and bedding and electrical goods such as microwave etc.
This is a permanent pitch. The site fees are 4000€ per year and this includes water. Additional costs would be electricity the current owner has utility bills of approximate 20€ and gas bottle as and when required. All the post is delivered to the reception area and sorted for collection by residents. Annual insurance is less than 200€.

A visit to Benidorm needn't lack contact with authentic Spanish culture. The Old Town in particular is an evocative maze of cobbled streets and inviting establishments to drink and shop in. With its blue-domed church and white houses, it manages to retain its character amongst the forest of tower blocks to the east and west. Do yourself a favour and time your visit to coincide with one of the more than 50 fiestas that occur in Benidorm every year.
The two major beaches, the Levante and the Poniente are beautiful, long stretches of soft, golden sand and due to their Southerly orientation are kept naturally clean, consistently receiving the prestigious European Blue Flag awards for quality of services and water. The Poniente now has a beautiful new promenade and volleyball courts on the beach.
The weather is remarkably mild, with an average sea temperature in the summer of 24ºC and air temperature of 26ºC. The winter is cooler but still renowned for its mild and sunny climate. The summer months are generally popular with younger tourists, spring and autumn with everyone and, whilst the winter is more popular with older tourists, an increasing numbers of others are seeking short breaks here.
